As an insurance agency, we have an obligation to treat your information responsibly. We accomplish this by using multiple facets of safeguards to protect your information.  We restrict access of your personal/private information to employees in our agency who need said information to administer the products/services in which you are inquiring about and/or are enrolled in.


In general, the personal information we will acquire includes but is not limited to: your name, address, phone number, social security number, date and place of birth, age, sex, and other demographic information. Depending on whether the product or service is for personal lines, commercial, or health insurance purposes, we may also obtain your occupation, salary, billing preferences, beneficiary information, and work history.  We may acquire this information by the following means:


  1. From you, via phone call/email/website, or on your application for insurance or other service;

  2. From your physician or other health care provider; and

  3. From your employer, if you are enrolled in a group health plan.


We may disclose your information as required or permitted by law. We may distribute this information to our contracted third-party business affiliates (such as our insurance carriers), which is permitted by federal and state law.  Third-party business affiliates are bound by law to use your information only for our services and marketing purposes.  They are not allowed to disclose it or use it in any way other than the administration of the products and services of which you are inquiring or enrolling in.  Furthermore, we do not sell personal/private information at any time or for any reason.


  1. We may disclose information we have acquired from you by the means listed above. Again, this may include your name, address, beneficiaries, Social Security number and family member information. This may also include assets, income, and the property address and value.

  2. We may disclose information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency or other report. This may include your credit report, motor vehicle report and driver data. This may also include medical and employment data, loss history reports, and other driver data. This disclosure depends on the products you are enrolling in. If a report is required, you may request the credit-reporting agency’s name and address to contact them for a copy of the report.

No mobile information will be obtained from and/or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be share with any third parties. In addition to your personal information listed above, we sometimes require medical information to provide you with a certain product or to assist with claim processing. We do not use or share your medical information for any purpose, apart from the following:


  1. As required or permitted by law

  2. As otherwise authorized by you

  3. Underwriting insurance (depending on the product)

  4. Administering your policy, account, or claim
